Please Read Carefully Our Return Policy Which is Amended From Time To Time.

To maintain strict hygiene of our products, we do not accept returns on Innerwears, Vests, Underwears, Briefs, Bras, Panties, Camisoles, Tank Tops, Shapewears, Thermals, Socks are examples of such product falling under innerwear category. However, we do accept returns on outer wears subject to following criteria:

• Bhalei group returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange purchased items within 3 days of receipt of the item. You are welcome to try on a product after delivery but please ensure that the product is not damaged during trial.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

• All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (e.g., shoes must be packed in the original shoe box and returned), and should not be damaged or tampered with
• Only size exchanges are allowed
• Certain innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes, fashion accessories and hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned. The list of such items includes briefs, shapewear bottoms or any lingerie set that includes a brief, anklets, bangles, earrings, bracelets, brooches, earrings, pendants, necklaces and rings, socks and wrist-bands
• There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.

Please note that we do not accept return of any product(s) which is not purchased from www.bhalei.com. We do not take any responsibility of any such product(s) sent to us.
