Are we another Dropshipper ?

NO, We believe in direct products from the seller to the customers so that our prices and products are unmatachable. Apart from that as a dropshipper we don,t want our valued customers to order products somewhere and recieve from others.  

We sell only those products what we have. SSome of the products are only few and might not be repeated again so that our first come first serve basis serves the exclusiveness of the designs well.

Bhalei Group believes in dirst approach with its customers.

Can I get my order sooner?

We offer and try to provide our customers the best fast and reliable available shipment . Customers can avail express shipping in case they wish to recieve their products sooner than the usual shipping time.

Express Shipping is fast service but comes with a cost. Unless Urgent we do suggest that avail economy shipment as it will reduce extra costs to you.

In case you wants products delivered sooner options are always available for our valued customers.

Is it Compulsory to make Account for shopping?

Ofcourse not, We do offer the option to checkout as a Guest. Having an account will let you get updates regarding new products,sales and other offers from time to time which you may miss out for not being having an Account.

Our products will be updates from time to time. Some of the products are elite and hence they will not be repeated again.Special products will only be available few in quantity and be sold on the basis of first come first serve basis.

Having an Account do come with extra benefits for future shopping.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We don’t have minimum order quantity. But for avoiding our products being purchased and sold later at higher prices we do not take large orders.

Our products are specially handpicked and few products are from far off corners of the world which are not available on any other platform..

Apart from the reason mentioned above there is no minimum quantity..

How do I order right Size?

Every product is different in size and so is every customer is different in looks from the other. Hence please make sure you check the description of the product and corrosponding size chart as it will not only will make your online shopping enjoyable but also will reduce the worry of product being not found to be satisfactory and exchange process thereof.

Every endeavour is being taken in consideration for every product to match with the size chart. 

Shipping

How will my products ship?

As soon as we recive a confirmation of order , your products will be shipped straight way and due information will be given including the tracking number.

We use Australia Post,DHL and other service providers.International shipment will take bit longer than usual time in economy service.

Customers can avail express shipping at extra charges.

Can you deliver my products if I am local?

We are located in PERTH,WA,AUSTRALIA and deliveries within mertro area can be made but we cannot gaurantee the personal delivery.

Local deiveries can be made by parcel in most cases.

we do try to deliver locally in case of large orders.

Can you offer free deliveries?

We do offer free deliveries on selected products from time to time within Australia. International shipment currently is not offered free but we will keep trying to make all shipments free in future.

All orders above $150.00 will be delivered free of cost within Australia. 

Please check updates from time to time.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship Internationally, Any customs duty and any other charges being levied by any corrosponding country where shipment is being send to is the duty of the buyer. Please check the law of your country as to charges being levied from time to time.

We do ship products as a gift if it is genuine and it is addressed to different address to that of the buyer.please send a specific mail regarding the gift parcels.

 

Payment

How much do I have to pay to get started?

All payments must be paid in full and final at time of checkout. At present we do not offer payments in installments.

You can keep the product on hold for 10 days with a minimum payment of $ 2:50 which is non refundable in case you change your mind. If in case you buy any other product the payment will be duly adjusted.

How safe is my details whilst making payment?

Security is the main focus and we don’t use shortcuts. Your payments are processed under secured connection and we keep our safety and privacy checks updated from time to time

During checkout your payments process is done under secured connection and no details are saved on the system.

We use express paypal also.

How can I make payments?

You can easily pay by your Paypal account in case if you have any. You can also pay by debit and credit card (Visa and Mstercard).

Returns

If I don't like my shirts, can I return them?

If you don,t like any product due to size and other manufacturing defect, we gladly accept the returns and replace with the new one. Return shipping cost will be on the buyer.

Note:- Due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept any replacement or returns for the undergarments. Please select size carefully.
